HORMONE BALANCE SUPPORT: As an adaptogen herb, Maca’s powerful plant compounds support a healthy endocrine system, adrenals, and thyroid. This plays an important role in women's hormone balance and menstrual cycle support.*

Don’t do anything for me

"I took this for a month and didn’t notice any difference at all. I was hoping to relive some of my hot flashes but nothing changed. The supplements were expensive for no real change in my symptoms."

Great Energy for a Tired Mom 😅

"This maca is a lifesaver for me as a mom with 3 year old twins and an 8 month old. I take this for energy and it helps SO much. I appreciate that they are 3rd party tested so I can trust purity and potency of the product. As a Registered Dietitian, I frequently recommend this adaptogen to my clients and I'll continue to use it!"

I tried SM Nutrition woman's Maca Root and I was pleasantly surprised. It gave me much needed energy. My stress levels weren't as high as it was before taking these, and I've also noticed that I wasn't so moody either. I would definitely continue talking these supplements daily. Overall they made me feel brand new.
