"I have been using both Estro-Life and Progestro-Life creams for about a year. "The capsules are easy to swallow but do not allow the capsule to linger in your mouth. It doesn't taste great! It tastes like bitter soil. I took 1 capsule once daily before bed for 3 weeks & I did not notice my night sweats decreasing. I also did not notice a change with my moods."
