"I have used about 3 bottles of this and will keep using. I put it on my face under my regular lotion. I don't think that's how it's intended but I got the idea from something Dr Berg said in a video. I have used DIM capsules in the past and they did help my hormonal symptoms be less severe so I thought maybe this cream could help the peri menopause face. I think it does a bit. Skin seems slightly more tone."
