"Only giving three stars based on my experience, but it is important to know this will be different for everyone. I started taking this in the luteal phase only vs my entire cycle and did notice that it helped with mood changes and period pain. But, I also noticed a change in cycle length that I have never had issues with in the past. I have decided to hold off on using further until I can get in with my doctor. Decreasing negative symptoms throughout my cycle was a huge benefit, but having an unreliable cycle length from month to month is just not worth it to me. So, in short, this product works. "The only thing is that this bottle does not have a child proof cap. The scent is very unique. I took this the whole 7 days of my period and it made an amazing difference. I usually have bad cramps, but not with this it helped a lot. Definitely worth it. It’s nice that the ingredients are fruit extracts. This is a must have for anyone with horrible period cramps."
