I have noticed better recall since using Pregnenolone.
I take over 18 pills a day of different medications. I need more time on this to be able to honestly assess.
Consistent quality and has truly helped my fatigue and hot flashes!
Pill is tiny & easy to swallow. Just started taking this supplement so can only say that as an older human... it can�t hurt to give the brain support. Time will tell if this product makes a difference.
