United StatesI noticed that the new batch of capsules that I received are much darker in color. Not sure why that is.
I have tried a fair few brands of magnesium these are probably one of the better ones you do notice some results with.The tablets they say are easy to swallow however they are quite big so worth noting.They work quicker (for me leg cramps) however I did notice the cramps return quicker too so maybe not as long acting as some.A good supply and whilst the price is more than some brands you do note a difference quicker than some of the others.It says it also aids better sleep, I personally didn't note any difference however others may, 3.5/5 for me, I would get these again.
Has helped to improve my quality of sleep and mitigate night time cramps. Often found it hard to stay asleep due to cramps and since taking this that hasn't happened, hopeful this is my solution going forward.
