I like the Amino mix in this supplement and the fact you are getting decent a decent dosage. Although you are getting 90 capsules the daily serving is two capsules so this will last you 45 days. I like that they have used vegetarian capsules shells but there is no mention of it being suitable for vegetarians or vegans on the packaging but the product page confirms it is suitable for vegans. You get a decent expiry date from the time if ordering so plenty of time to use. It is reasonably priced and certainly something to consider as part of your training supplements.
I'm used to using pre-workout supplements that contain the amino acid citruline and those give an instant but short lasting boost. I tend to lack energy on a day to day basis. These seem to be really helping me so I'm keen to continue taking them. These don't have an immediate noticeable effect (which is a good thing) but work more gradually over time.Also it's really nice to see a supplement bottle that is actually packed full rather than having loads of empty space and being a waste of plastic.

Great for working out! I use this for a pre-work out to get ready for a great pumps and get my blood flowing. I notice that when I'm training with this in my system my muscles become hard and full and I like seeing that because it encourages me to go harder. Also I think it helps me feel like I am full of energy and I noticed that I don't feel tired as quickly. No recovery ounces seems to be much better I have less pain pills work out even though I'm going harder. I highly recommend this
I've recently decided to try out these L-arginine combinations and have been getting good results from them. I use them pre-workout.For me this brand seems to work out as well as my previous favored brand. However for me personally I feel that this one offers too many supplements, some of which I don't particular need for my purposes. But overall it's a good product, just ymmv on needing all the bonus supplements.
