Ive had many lutein supplements in the past of similar status. This is an average lutein suppliment with no really outstanding benefits over other products in reguards to ingredients, taste and health benefits. There is a lot of misinformation as far as manufacturing is concerned. These are a US product outsourced for manufacturing to India. The manufacturing website makes claims that are misleading and apparently untrue. Use with caution. I prefer my supplinents to be transparent with all information and manufacturing country. Will not buy again. Can not recommend.
I love taking gummies because they're like candies and these ones are delicious. I haven't noticed any perceived benefit yet of the gummies but I've only had them everyday for a week so far. You have to take two daily and I wish it were only 1 but otherwise these are good.
